THE $125,000 PERFORMANCE COMMITMENT

Where expressly included in a signed client agreement, Coaches Connect may offer a conditional commitment to continue providing certain services without an additional program fee until the client reaches the stated qualifying revenue target.

This commitment:

• is subject to all participation and implementation requirements in the signed agreement;
• does not promise that a customer will earn or collect $125,000;
• does not guarantee profitability;
• does not guarantee results by a particular date unless the agreement expressly states otherwise;
• is a promise of continued service rather than a refund or income guarantee; and
• does not apply to customers who fail to satisfy the agreement’s conditions.
