- An established sports facility.Our program is for operating sports training facilities generating at least $100,000 in annual business revenue before expenses—not personal income or profit. If you’re below that level today, build toward that milestone and apply again as your business grows.
- Ready to invest in implementation.This is a paid program for owners prepared to invest in professional support and put the work into practice. If you indicated you’re not financially ready to invest, use the free lessons here and revisit the program when that changes.
- An ambitious plan for the business.Whether you want to double your business or build toward something much larger, the goal is lasting growth: more effective marketing, profitable services, a stronger team, and more freedom in how you spend your time.
