No—you do not have to replace what you know about coaching. You can use our player development systems as provided, or copy the structure and organization with your own drills, information and coaching methods.
The systems include assessments, hitting, throwing and strength training. The goal is a clear delivery structure that helps your coaches get results without everything depending on you.
What makes this different than other programs?
We built and operated our own baseball training business before teaching the model to other owners. The program shares the systems, processes, player development structure and marketing we used ourselves.
You get the business infrastructure and the support to apply it in your facility, backed by experience running the model in person and online.
Can this help me scale my cage rentals?
No. We do not focus on scaling a business built strictly around cage rentals or key-card access.
Our focus is a premium player development membership with quality coaching, a stronger offer and systems your staff can deliver. If your goal is to step off the floor, we help you build toward that through your team and your service—not through a rental-only model.
Is this a franchise?
No. This is a license program. You keep your brand, company, revenue and profit. We charge our program fee.
The license gives you access to our systems, business infrastructure, marketing material and player development systems for the duration of the program. Your business stays yours.
