Do I have to eliminate one-on-one lessons immediately?
No.

Some one-on-one coaching may remain inside your delivery system. The goal is to stop building the entire business around selling one hour at a time.

What software will my facility run on?
BETURR brings your facility management and player development into one app, fully branded to your business on the inside.
Manage scheduling, memberships, custom payment plans, waivers, staff and accountability automations. Your coaches can deliver individual and team programs, use their own videos or the included BETURR exercise library, review athlete videos and track development.
The core app and exercise library are free. Transaction processing fees apply. AI Coach is an optional paid add-on; it can draft from your own exercises and videos, BETURR’s library, or both, using your coaching rules and athlete data. A coach reviews and accepts each draft before it reaches an athlete. You do not need AI Coach to build or deliver programs.
We help you set up BETURR as part of the program. Your client list imports in minutes, and your existing Stripe account carries over so saved cards keep working.
What if I have already tried ads or hired an agency?
Ads cannot fix a weak offer or a broken business model.
Most agencies immediately try to generate more leads for whatever you already sell. We fix the product, pricing, positioning, delivery, and sales process first. Then we use marketing to scale something worth buying.
We built and scaled our own seven-figure baseball training company with three coaches using this model before teaching it to anyone else. Nobody else in the industry has done that. We also did this without selling lessons, cage rentals, having teams or partnerships of any kind.
How do I know athletes in my market will pay for this?

We have sold in-person memberships from $500 to $2,000 per month and long-term development agreements worth $6,000 to $24,000. We do not assume your pricing should copy ours. We help determine what makes sense in your market and build the offer around it.
What counts as a long-term membership?
A qualifying membership length is 3-12 months in length. Your exact pricing, term, and delivery structure will be developed around your business, market, capacity, seasonal offers and coaching model.
